Traditional descriptions portray a Pishach as standing seven to nine feet tall with an intensely thin, skeletal body and a deep black complexion. It features long tangled hair, protruding teeth, and oversized nails. The lower portion of its physical form is esoterically described as invisible or fading, enabling it to move seamlessly through the air or appear suddenly before a viewer.
Harsh Voice & Destructive Impulse
Its voice is harsh, terrifying, and completely unnatural. Pishachs are destructive entities associated directly with death, terror, violence, and lower animal instincts. Esoteric text profiles track multiple specialized variants, such as Rakta (Blood), Dam, Lauh (Iron), and Khuni (Bloody) Pishach, with Rakta Pishach feared as the most volatile configuration.
